I think it's cool to include Japanese in the forums, but you should be really confident in your Japanese ability--grammer and kanji errors are easy to make, and Japanese/bilingual readers could be put off by mistakes.

The other concern is that the side-by-side J/E format tends to look a little cluttered on the screen.

But I guess being able to utilize Japanese fonts offers more flexibility in content. I'd like to see where this goes.
