SEOUL, South Korea - A South Korean policeman extinguishes burning photos of Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi in Seoul on April 22. Photos were set on fire by civic groups protesting Koizumi's surprise visit the previous day to Tokyo's Yasukuni Shrine, which honors more than a dozen Japanese war criminals along with the country's war dead.
