A New Look

I have unlocked the Board Style option, so registered users can try out a couple new color schemes. "pinkblue" is what you're used to, "subSilver" is the developer's default and "mBlack" is a WIP (it still needs a matching logo).

Look for the "Board Style" option near the bottom of the Preferences menu.

I've temporarily forced the default to this new look. You won't be able to customize your settings until I switch it back, but then registered users will be able to chose from the three Board Styles.

Opinions are welcome, but you will be able to choose your own style again soon - this is just one option.

Hrm. I don't know if I like the black and green so much. I *do* like that new black and green kinda faded spray paint looking logo though, that's cool, But I don't think I like the whole forum being like that.

It's kinda loud.

Am I the only one?

If you read the posts above, you'll see that this is just one of three options. I've temporarily changed the default to let people know about the option. Most people probably miss the posts in this Site News section. (I first posted this a week ago.)

thanks ultra, while I was sorta enjoying the little gothic jolt the new color scheme provided, I must say for reading I prefer the LA 1984 Olympics pastel theme better.

And there is a third option: "subSilver" which is even easier on the eyes (boring).
