This (http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread205598/pg1) is a series of podcasts about this one Irish dude and why he has decided to leave Japan after living here for 7 years. Content is a little bit light and there are no great surprises in his reasoning but its a reasonably interesting listen.
N.B. There was a thread titled something like "What made you stay in/leave Japan" but I couldn't find it, sorry ultra.
