If you are going to force children to sing like lunatics during a natural disaster, why not make them also wear tinfoil hats and truly go for that crazy look?
What about having the kids sing the anthem whenever North Korea or China does a missile test, or a Japanese sport teams losing to a non-Japanese team?

Taro spotted that they were using a picture of school earthquake practice to illustrate a story about compulsory anthem singing.
