Just expect to be eating Australian beef, sausages and drinking VB and Australian wine.

It is not organised by the Embassy - rather the Australia Society which is a social group. It is just held at the Embassy as it is a great venue.

Hah. The "We're-here-for-diplomacy-not-tourism-f*ck-off" American Embassy Tokyo is longer exists. Their site and the ENTIRE usembassy.state.gov domain has been offline for at least 14 hours now. 8O

Maybe the Pana Wave Cult was right and the world did end.
