The following third step is expected to be the autumn of 2010. They will develop a "complete form," which will have the same height of 129.3cm as originally set in the animation. It is a self-evolving robot "Real Dream Doraemon," with artificial intelligence. It will change the course of conversations and behaviors with others by drawing deductions from communications with them through daily experiences.

Bandai Co. Ltd., which scored a world smash hit in 1996-1997 with its "Tamagotchi" egg-shaped virtual pets that required constant care, will start selling "Doraemon the Robot" in Japan in late March for 19,800 yen (186 dollars) each....
