FG connection problems?

Has anybody else had trouble with their connection to FG? I mean in terms of it timing out when reading or posting messages? I noticed at least 3 double posts from yesterday (one of them my own) and was wondering if this might be due to some connection issue? Server getting slowed down, maybe? Some other net weirdness?

It was running slow last night and was off-line for awhile.

It gave a PHPBB error last night. But regardless it is back up now.

It was running slow last night and was off-line for awhile.

I assume it was the dread "FRIDAY EFFECT" slowed it down. For some odd reason, the Net in Japan overloads on Fridays (large files being transmitted at the end of the workweek?). The peak for connections to the FG seems to be three in the afternoon on Thursday and Friday.

Anyway, the FG is ok for now.
