Films Jobs?

Hi,

I am 24 and am currently working at a film studio (post production) in the USA, but I'd like to become a little more global. I am looking for a film job-preferably, but I'd really like to get in touch with some young filmmakers (or wannabes) to bounce some ideas off of.

I'm Japanese, but born in America, I speak conversational Japanese and talk to me if u have two cents to add about Film Jobs in Japan.
