Our high quality host is moving one of their data centers, so FG may disappear for a few days. I'm sure there's a better way to do things, but I'm not in charge over there.

Actually, I think there is a chance FG might not be affected because I think this site is hosted in a different datacenter, but anyway, you have been warned.

Within the next 3 days, we will be moving its servers to a new facility. THis is a PHYSICAL move of all equipment and the estimated downtime is 2-3 days. Our reasoning for this is an improved network infrastructure in a better equipped, better staffed, more secure facility.

During this move, all sites & mail servers will be unavailable. The helpdesk will also be unavailable. We will do everything in our power to make this move as quick and painless as possible.

We strongly suggest that all customers back up their sites, databases, files, etc. as quickly as possible to ensure that you can restore your site in the event of a catastrphe. We ARE backing up and restoring the servers ourselves, but for your own good, please also do your own backups.

More information on this move and downtime will be provided as it becomes available.

Amateur hour.

Well, if the site is down for a few days, it will be one less thing to distract me from real life. Damn, FG withdrawal will be hard to take.

Once the Internet connection is always on, life will never be the same (http://www.csmonitor.com/search_content/0703/p12s01-stin.html)

Once the FG is always on...
