CAUGHT ON CAMERA (http://www.japantimes.co.jp/wnr.htm): A video surveillance system in Tokyo's Kabukicho district captured a bizarre incident April 13 in which a Greek man attacked a French man with a samurai sword. The attacker was arrested and is being held on suspicion of attempted murder.
