reminds me of the movie, "Mall Rats" where they do the stink palm and then the guy eats those chocolate bon bons and is licking the chocolate off of his fingers..

I'm not one for Japanese sweets products (apart from wagashi).
Packaging's too fancy that just looks good on the eye.
Give me Belgian chocs anyday!

btw, does anyone eat wagashi?
I prefer them over English sweets as they're not sickly sweet and is high in plant protein.
We have a Minamoto Kitchoan in London but the sweets costs 3 times as much unfortunately.
I think the stores in Japan are located in Ginza, Kamakura and Osaka.

I tend to avoid the dread azuki bean and dayglow colored food.

On the other hand, thick matte cha in a 200 year old bowl and slice of wagashi served to me like silk before a meeting/visit is one great pleasures of my day. Ahhhhhhh.

Actually there is an English first group opposed to using Spanish in public schools in California called Americans Should Speak English. And being real asses themselves they live up to their name.
