I find Yuko Ikeda, the "charisma" cosmetic surgeon whose daughter was kidnapped and rescued the other day, to be slightly odd-looking. I can't put my finger on it but I'm not sure she would fill me with confidence going under the knife even if she is actually very capable.

She was on one of the "Rich People" TV bangumis that are popular in Japan at the momemt. These give those that have it a chance to flaunt it right in your face. I saw her show and they claimed she makes a million yen a minute (which is a nice starting salary). Now there has been speculation that the kidnappers zeroed in on her and her daughter based on that show!
