I don't know if war is the best solution, but it seems that it is a matter of minutes before it happens.

The US for the moment has the excuse of being asleep, SK and Japan are falling over themselves with emergency meetings right now, but where the hell is China?
As a sidenote: as far as NK is concerned the UN is going to be absolutely nowhere with a South-Korean as secretary-general.
