"It's a matter of course that your should go to jail. But then it's hard on the girl if her father is in prison. Don't ever do something like this again."

The trial showed the man had molested his 7-year-old daughter on at least 10 occasions from August last year to February, using his mobile phone camera to film his deeds. He then sent the photos to a friend he had met through a pedophile website.

On the opening day of the trial on May 25, the judge lambasted the man.

"You've gone past mere perversion. You're worse than a pervert. You've done something a normal father couldn't even imagine doing. It was not the act of a human being. What are you going to do about the future of the daughter you've hurt so badly?" the judge told the man.

WHAT THE MOTHER-FUCKING FUCK!!?? So the girl who's been put through this for years is forced by the state to put up with it indefinitely?!.. That judge should be arrested... Then raped..

I'm so fucking steamed about this... They should at least release his name..

Damn, is there no higher court that can overturn this sick decision? I can't believe it, I can't believe there isnt a group there in Japan that doesn't try to step in.
I barf on that judge and wish him a life of hell.....and I hope that father finds himself in a dark alley one night......and goes missing.
For the girl....where is the mother, grandparents, relatives? I can only hope that she gets help somewhere, somehow soon.

Don't quote me on that; I'm only assuming.. Haven't had time to check the J-news sources. But my Japanese co-worker heard nothing about the story, and she's usually surfing around the news.. Although it's usually 'entertainment' news..

I sentence the judge to a month in Joliet prison or better yet Louisiana' Angola (now that's a prison) After a month the judge will bring his sore-asshole back to Japan and re-try the case.

Marvin, since you translate these articles you should know... my wife claims that the language the judge used wasn't just strong but slightly peculiar. Considering how bizarre his sentence is it occured to me that perhaps this judge is suffering from some form of mental illness himself. Is anyone else making similar speculations?
