From next January, Unimat Real Estate will open a women-only spa with shops, a restaurant and, in particular, a rotemburo on the 8th floor in Shoto near Bunkamura. Open 22 hours a day from 11:00am to the following 9:00am. The company is also planning a mixed complex in Nishi Azabu next summer.

Bagus Roppongi could make an even bigger fortune if they convert about 1/4 or the computer space into a massage parlour. So many working girls use the stalls with the soft chairs and sleeping space that way anyway so why not make it official and make more money off of it?
