Tokyo Electric Power, together with Shibuya ward, is introducing the country's first digital street maps. Following a test period, the full system is due to be rolled out in two weeks time. The boards use Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean and can transmit data to mobile telephones.

Not only that, if you note the location written on top Chas, it is where? It is where everyone goes to meet someone and nobody needs instructions anyway.

I suppose it is a nice attraction to look at while you bide your time being propositioned by all the HS girls!
