The Sharp V601SH has a 2.02 megapixel autofocus camera with a 20x digital zoom that can take images up to 1224 x 1632 pixels in size. It also records video, and can output both moving and still images to a TV via the included cable. It's able to play back video recorded in SD-Video format, and includes an e-book reader, audio player and voice recorder.

But we get the feeling that someone went a little overboard when they decided to make it possible to turn the V601SH into a Bowlingual, that device which purports to translate a dog's barking into human speech. The phone comes pre-installed with the Bowlingual software, although users have to buy a special SD memory card which contains all the necessary Bowlingual translation data to actually use it.

Sure it was necessary. How else is the dog going to let you know you're shooting his bad side?

Yes yes yes that's all very well I suppose 'if that's what you kids like' but for the professional user the important question is 'does it have dog translation capability?

Frankly Ultra you can keep all these fancy bells and whistles, give me a good basic cellphone with dog interpretation software and I'm all set.
