Somebody got one of the super-limited, Famicom 20th anniversary GBASPs.

But I'm not jealous. Really, I'm not. The black one I got in Akihabara a couple days after they came out is just fine. Really it is.... honest.......

course, if you are lacking a flash card, and the time to batch file nes images to your emulator of choice to flash with it.. you could always get one of these..

those portable nes' being touted of late appear to be somewhat unreliable so maybe this will fare better..

then again, with the sms being emulated on gba now.. you could play aleste instead..

ah! then again Gunnac its predescor ? was on the fami so you could track down that cart i guess... ^^

Help me where can I get one of thoes Game Boys I am going crazy since I saw it. Damb I want one. I think I will have to take a trip to a few game shops but is there a special game shop. I know there is A good one in Akihabara but I have never seen anything limited there.

The only way to get one (initially) was to be randomly chosen in a drawing. Buying certain games this summer entitled one to mail in proofs of purchase to be entered in the drawings for the GBASP and other stuff. Everybody who sent in two P.O.P. seals on the same form got the cool calendar.

Club Nintendo looks like it's going to be Nintendo's main giveaway outlet from here on out.

Nintendo said part of the reason why there won't be many Famicom SPs available for giveaways and whatnot is because the stickers are applied by hand.

Of course, they could simply provide the stickers for customer to put on themselves.
