there is a grassy area nere the landmark tower (yokohama)....
its a nice place to go to when your starting to go nuts from all the concrete and just want some grass to relax on.........

I wonder how he got caught. I don't know kanagawa-ken very well, but there are some excellent rural areas in fukushima ken that have never seen humans, let alone police.
