Pre-workout Genki juice

Yes, I only return to FG to ask stupid questions, not because I love you (I lie...)

Anyone know how to find pre-workout powders or drinks? Not red bull, I mean stuff like Hydroxycut preworkout powder drink mix that has guarana and other go go go stuff in it that doesn't make you all jittery for hours like diet pills do. I have run out and need to get through the rest of this trip. someone told me that there are little packets of VAAM that are made for this, but i thought VAAM was hydration stuff?

Amphetamine based drugs work really well for me.So that being said you could probably pick up some ephedrine based decongestant at any local pharmacy. Good for a quick pick me up.

The Golds Gym at Harajuku has a big shop in the reception area with lots of pills and powders and all sorts of scary stuff that might suit. You don't need to be working out there to buy stuff.

Hydroxycut is fucking posion.

Drink water. Eat meat. If you need a bit of energy, drink some starbucks coffee. Stay hydrated. DO NOT DRINK BOOZE OF ANY KIND, EVER. Work every day, stay focused. Fuck trends. Fuck hype. 200 pushups a day. 400 sit ups a day. Learn a new word: BURPEE. If you hurt, take a day off. If you don't hurt, do more. Also you need a physical hobby like climbing or running.

Or you can waste money at the gym eating poison.

I agree with this 99999X over. Exercise, no booze, and cut down on the carbs and magic happens :twisted:

i do all of the above (ok, i drink sometimes, mostly when with clients). i get up at 0430 to be in the gym by 0530 5 days a week. i do tabatas faithfully in every training session. i run (well, more like shuffle, but i do it).i get my 10.000 steps in every day. i drink at least 2 litres of water a day. i do my best to sleep 8 hours every night.

i also have a job that keeps me on the road 200 days a year across 5 continents, and sleep about 3 actual weeks per year on airplanes. i will often board a plane in denmark on sunday and step off it in hong kong the next day and go straight to a meeting from the airport. unfortunately my fairly clean living lifestyle sometimes just ain't enough to get me through the day, and i don't drink coffee because then i can't sleep. i don't take the hydroxycut pills, they make little sachets of drink mix powder that is specifically for pre-workouts and gives me just enough of a boost to get through the workouts that i still manage to get in while travelling.

so back to my question. Thank you GG, i'll try to get to harajuku gold's.
anyone else know what is out there that i could find in matsumoto kiyoshi type places?
