My eye doctor strangely has a hearing test machine, but then tried to sell me hearing aids that cost almost 1 million yen (made in Denmark!!!). I don't care how big and ugly they are, I just need to hear. I'm on the NHI, where do the old people go for these???

generally the locals go to the eye doctor if they care enough to get one, most don't and just shout "naaaaa-niiiiiii?" over and over until you give up.
