I've come to the conclusion that Japan is just trolling the rest of the world.
They don't do crazy shit, they just ensure tourists take pictures of crazy shit that was set up for them to find.
Every Japanese man, woman and child is browsing the internet and laughing at the pictures they managed to get us to take and post.
They're like the 419 baiters to the rest of the world.
