Japan Tobacco rolls out trailer for smokers Harassed Tokyo smokers can breathe a little easier.
As of today, Japan Tobacco Inc. (JT) is opening a remodeled trailer, called SmoCar, in the Otemachi district of Chiyoda Ward, where smokers can indulge their habit out of doors, without fear of disapproving glares or even fines...
