Almost all of the toll operators are men old enough to remember the war or the desperate years afterwards. I think someone should mod GTA3 to add those loudspeaker vans in the game... I'd love to drive a tank over 'em.
The Japanese could solve their problems with those bozos once and for all during the World Cup. Just mix'em with some drunk hooligans, and let God sort them out.
