TIFF Struggling To Attract Foreign Interest

There's only one month to go before the Tokyo International Film Festival. The judging panel will include five overseas judges and yet only four have so far been named. Chairman Tom Yoda admits that the organizing committee has struggled to find someone willing to attend. He points out that the duties require at least a 10 day stay in Tokyo and he thinks concerns about Fukushima have deterred some candidates from making the commitment.
