In the area near International Stadium Yokohama in Kohoku Ward, a group of residents had planned to open a campground for foreign visitors, but gave up on the idea after the municipal government was unwilling to offer a site, saying, "People living near the site won't approve of it."

Just ask the municipal government: "do you like your job? would you like to continue in your job?", and then vote them out of office. What is up with people that just roll over and take it from their "elected" officials?
