[/floatr]Actress Sae Isshiki has been busted for a traffic violation. Isshiki was stopped by a motorcycle cop when she was driving while speaking on her mobile phone. She refused to accept his charge on the shaky grounds that she hadn't made the call, she was only answering it. It appears that Isshiki has been penalized 10 times for various traffic violations including speeding and has had her licence suspended twice before. Isshiki explained that these violations resulted from when she was looking after her children or when she was in a hurry. I think if I was Kumi Koda's management I would be delighted by the chance that someone else might become the target of public criticism. Or rather, if I was her management, I would look for any opportunity to make someone else the target of such attacks...
