Tokyo already has been cloudy/rainy for a couple of days, and the Japan Meteorological Agency announced that the rainy season has started in the southern half of Japan in the Chogoku, Kinki and Tokai regions (Japan Metrological Agency).
So of course, the Tokyo Metro has been watching our train manners...

Although she looks like Kenny from Southpark, the character in the bottom right of the train manners poster is the Metro's Miteru-chan (ミテルちゃん) who wants to pee-pee (ピピツ) and blow the whistle on rude dampness on the train.
