Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Tuesday announced the bust of a hostess club in Hamura City for soliciting prostitution, reports Nippon News Network (Nov. 17).
On Sunday, police arrested Takeharu Miwa, the 41-year-old manager of Luv Collection, street tout Yutaka Horoiwa, 31, and three other employees for offering honban, or full sex, which is illegal under the Anti-prostitution Law, to pedestrians near JR Hamura Station...more...
