Yeah... right... that show was complete Jerry Springer. And it was totally scripted too... the best one I saw was when they were showing Japanese girls wearing t-shirts that say "Bitch" on them, and a Taiwanese girl in the "United Nations of Morons" points it out... and then they "magically" have a video of a Taiwanese girl wearing a t-shirt saying "toilet" on it.
I think the bigger issue is this: what are the long-term effects the "influence" that these gaijin hack actors and na'er do wells have on the Japanese consciousness, both on how they perceive themselves and themselves in relation to gaijin?
On a related note: did anyone see that "wide show" last month trashing Tsujimoto? They did this complete expose using some books containing photographs her wearing a racy swimsuit collected from this Japanese pervert (and of course that nappy pervert was on for like 10 minutes, blabbing about how much in love he was with Tsujimoto). And guess what gaijin was sitting in the back? Good ol' Dave... giving his tacit gaijin approval to character assassination.
