two friends going to tokyo in september ( 3-17th ),
looking for some great party's with english speaking folks and cheap drinks ;)

suggestions ?

Just head to Shinjuku and ask people where Kabukicho is. Bring plenty of cash, don't worry, it's the safest entertainment district in Tokyo.
