Twin fans discreetly placed to the front of the robot swiftly clear the air of the rather acrid smell of burnt flesh.

Ah yes, we can all dream...
However, setting Man Traps* is illegal nowadays and Japanese laws for the protection of property and self are weak (seemingly non-existent) compared to Anglo-law countries.
Tonikaku . . . I'd love to get that deluxe Taser model you describe. My house was cleaned out my Chinese "picking" buglers last year---my third break-in for the past 15 years.

One is not permitted to set up traps to kill or maim persons who attempt to trespass on his/her property. There is a responsibility to warn trespassers of dangerous conditions and an inherent risk of injuries. You may not use a deep pit to catch trespassers or rigged shotgun to kill a trespasser.

Damn, I was back there 3 months ago and all the places I used to hang out are gone. Except for the Denny's near Yokohama stadium. I think that was still there. Windjammer is still there too I think.

Do you live in a Mansion, or a house? When my father-in-law built his house, he put in all of these security cameras and dead locks (the front door is impossible to kick in). No picking yet... knock on wood.
