Can anyone recommend a good Japanese study plan on CD. It's for someone I know who does business with a company in Japan. He will go to visit in a couple months, and would like to know some basic phrases and such without trying to learn all the grammar, etc... Basically a survival Japanese audio crash course. Any recommendations?

(that podcast webiste seems to be down now)

Actually I am going to take advantage of that one. This guy knows NO Japanese at all, so he needs a start from scratch course. If you can think of any, I'd appreciate it.
