New Handheld Camcorder to borrow

I am still in New York City. I live with my brother here and he is the computer software MASTER, so if thousands of dollars worth of all manner of software interests you, speak your mind here or at my user name at the yahoo spot.
Also, when I say I would want to borrow your camcorder, I'm assuming that we won't already be buddies, so I'm wondering what would you accept as colatteral for the camcorder?
