OK things have changed here.

I now have to go Hashimoto station at 7:40am. Anyone around there know a good hotel out there?

Where's Hashimoto? If you mean Keio Hashimoto Station then the Hashimoto City Hotel has a single for 6,630 yen.

Or check on the Japan Hotel Association English Site

Hashimoto Park Hotel seems to have some for 6,000, depending on your dates.
