From the 1st of March I will have an empty room that I would like to rent out. It is a nice 8 mat 2nd floor room with a view of the Roppongi Hills towers and sakura petals falling from right in front of the room. Toilet and bath are separate and your room is not adjacent to mine so you have audio privacy. Lots of other pluses but the best is the location 1.5 blocks from Roppongi Hills w/o actually being in the "Hills".
The ideal roommate would be a clean living professional. If you have hang ups don't even bother.
Utilities are to be shared 50/50. Plus a house fund for odds and ends that is contributed only on a "as needed" basis (5000 simultaneously by both parties).
