Needing a base camp for 7 month invasion of Tokyo

Starting in March, I am being sent back to the Gaijin Gulag for a 7 month internment...in TOKYO (and her little Kansai heart weeps...). Will be working in Gotanda, so would like to find something somewhat in that area, as far up the Yamanote to Shinjuku, down to Shinagawa. Sadly when I set the budget, it was based upon being in Osaka, so am limited to 320.000JPY per month, which puts Oakwood and such out of reach. What I'd really like is something with a separate bedroom, the thought of one room just makes me die on the inside a little. Ideally someone has a sublet, or something that is unfurnished (I work for a furniture company and have amazing stuff that could be put into there).

I'm in Tokyo next Wednesday to start the official stuff, so if anyone's got any leads, please let me know! Dinner, drinks, etc...
