Interview questions and answers

Hey... I've got a couple of interviews in Japan within Japanese design companies. They are mainly bilingual companies, but just incase, and for my own benefit, I'd like to learn some Japanese interview techniques, common questions and answers. (So i'm not left rambling....)

but I cant find anything with sample answers?? Is there anything? Even the websites I've found that say they have sample answers are pretty unhelpful.....

For any of you who have had an interview within a japanese company in Japanese, tell me your horror stories too so I can plan for the worse...
