Hakken contracts

Currently under law, hakken contracts have to go through a 3 month cooling period every so often. However, the dispatach company that I am working for told me that in the near future, the law will be changed so that haken contracts will not need that 3 month cooling period. I was wondering if anyone heard about that?

hmmm... i will ask one of my old flames... she is still a hakken.
