One thing that's fucked up in the US is that if someone has those urges and goes to a psychologist for help, the doctor has to report them so even the people that have enough sense to get help are afraid to seek any.

I've often heard prostitution is what keeps rapists in check but then you get the dudes who end up raping/murdering the prostitutes. (more of a power issue than just sexual addiction) It might help but there are always those mentalcases that no amount of help will stop. I doubt simulated shit like this will keep anyone from going off the deep end. Psychological therapy is their only hope and even then, some people are just beyond help. (and yeah, it's fucked that they need to worry about being reported if all it is at that point is urges and they obviously aren't happy about it)

You defined ethnicity as appearance in parentheses. Physical characteristics are part of ethnic identity but they don't make people part of the same ethnic group by themselves. You need things like shared language, religion, and/or culture in the mix.
