Urr, umm...Can somebody explain why they need to build new fucking stadium when there's several brand-new, unused, soccer/football stadiums within 20km of the proposed site of this new stadium? Shin-Yokohama's Nissan Stadium is only used a few days a year.
Sheee-it, even the existing Imperial Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium that they are planning to tear down for this new one was completely rebuilt in 2003 for the fifth Rugby World Cup.

What I don't understand about Japan's corrupt construction industry is why they can't at least work on constructing or rebuilding things that we need. Go ahead gouge, collude, and pay kick backs but in the process how about building nuclear reactors that won't meltdown and attractive well insulated housing?
