It's kind of pathetic that companies are still doing that, when we have stuff like "Grand Theft Auto" circulating.

Hmm, but what's this? GTA is made by an american company, while King of Fighters comes from the land of the rising sun.

Not only that, but we have undoubtedly mature shows like "South Park" on at 10:00, while any japanese animation on at the time slot (or later: Rurouni Kenshin aired at 10:30 and was cut to pieces.) is censored like no tommorow. Funny, isn't it?

The GTA games are made by Rockstar North, which is based in Edinburgh. It's published by Rockstar Games. RG, and it's parent company, Take Two Interactive, are based in New York. Rockstar North was originally called DMA Design.
