"Loituma" is a meme floating about the Net for a while in the tradition of Numa-Numa. Can anybody ID the character and anime source?

I know the character is from the manga/anime series Bleach, but not the name.

Hey thanks! The search terms "Bleach" = "Loituma" yielded the answer to the Loituma Girl's name, Orihime Inoue

BTW: I've always been confused on how the "Bleach(ブ] got its name (which seems nearly as a crappy name as "[url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokyo_Mew_Mew]Tokyo Mew Mew"). :-|

Bleach was good (manga and anime wise) until my fav character Rukia became a minor character and i lost all interest :cry:
