My boss is looking for a licensed preschool teacher for a position with her company in Himeji City. If any of you have a license or know someone foreign or Japanese with one living in the vacinity of Himeji or Hyogo post a message here and I will send you the details.

Does "Licensed" mean TESOL or a Japanese license? What's the license called anyway?
