Japanese Recruiting Licence

Postby Milledge » Fri Jun 09, 2006 4:46 pm

Hi everyone, I've been lurking for about 3 months now and have decided to post-It's a pleasure to become part of your forum.

I am looking for any information regarding acquiring a Japanese Recruiting Licence.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and welcome.

Are you talking about being a head-hunter in Japan? I didn't think there was any licence required to enter this field.

But perhaps some other members have more information.

Seminar plus what?

Postby Milledge » Sun Jun 11, 2006 10:48 am

GomiGirl, Thank you for the welcome, my apologies for the delayed reply. Yes, I mean head-hunting.

I am not sure about the legality of having a recruiting licence or not. As I understand the applicant has to sit through "attend" a day-long seminar in Japanese (whether you speak Japanese or not it doesn't matter-only that you attend).

I have found this site http://www.minshokyo.or.jp/ but can't confirm what else is needed other than paying for and going to the seminar.

Supposedly this organization is staffed by former Ministry of Labor retirees who suppliment their pensions by giving the seminars.

If anyone has deeper information, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Milledge

You'll need to join this group in order to qualify as a recruiter.
Mr Kobayashi: First, I experienced a sort of overpowering feeling whenever I was in the room with foreigners, not to mention a powerful body odor coming from them. I don't know whether it was a sweat from the heat or a cold sweat, but I remember I was sweating whenever they were around.
