TOKYO (AP) 2015/06/23 -- Police have raided Toyota Motor Corp.'s headquarters and its Tokyo office in connection with the arrest of a senior American executive on suspicion of drug law violations.
Tokyo police said they carried out the raids Tuesday. Toyota said they could not comment because the investigation is ongoing...more...
A Toyota Motor Corp. senior executive who was arrested last week for allegedly violating Japan's drug law has said she mailed a controlled drug to ease pain in her knees, investigative sources said Tuesday, as police searched the headquarters of the automaker.
Julie Hamp, an American who heads Toyota's public relations, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of sending the painkiller oxycodone through the mail. In Japan, only designated people can import the prescription drug.
One of the sources quoted Hamp as saying she had imported the drug to alleviate pain in her knees.

It is unclear what police were looking for in the raids, which are common after arrests.
Hamp was not available for comment. In Japan, suspects can be held in custody for up to 23 days without formal charges.

I think that one went over your head. I guess that's better than in your face though.
TIJ, the doctor's job is to keep you just about fit for work, not to increase your life quality and clearly not to heal you. You have pain, you need more gamman, not pillsSalty wrote:at no point has my doctor even hinted that pain relief might come in a pill
