barbers that can cut fades in tokyo?

a good fade cut is pretty rare in japan. it's generally not a fashionable cut. i was born and raised in ny and it's just the style i've been getting forever. anyone know any legit barbers that can do fades right?

Try around military bases. I think there's a barber shop right off base in Yokosuka across from the 7&iHoldings. i think its legit, but i dunno.

my good god i cannot find a barber who knows how to do a fade!

I just say "kaigun" style and they get to work. not really a GI lookin haircut, they just associate that with clipper cut, no scissors, short.

I even got wifey to explain to them and they had no idear...

but ask for a girly lookin hair cut and they can do it... WTF?
