Hey, if anybody can answer these Q thanx.
First
I need a tax certificate showing my income last year and what I paid in taxes - not just residents tax.
I know there's a certificate called Nozei Shomeisho but from what I know, isn't that just showing payment at local level?
I need to show all the taxes I paid as well as my income last year.
This is for the nice people at the tx office back in Oz - I will translate it for them.
Second, have a mate whos been fucked over by his Engrish school, yep the same mate who said he didn't know why I wanted to work so hard at a company job. It's clear now, aint it, with the mass of Engrish teachers being fucked over by their employers since covid-19 and the SOE came then what followed.
He works at one of those organized scams - I mean Engrish schools where basically they're serfs without benefits and no work, no pay, no eat, no rent etc. I lent him a few juman yen but I'm not the answer. I've got him to seriously apply for that benefits program for the self employed etc where people can get 1 million yen and fuck, does he need it.
Trouble is he stopped paying all his shitty obligations. Can't say I blame him - if I had to choose between essential payments for food and rent, I wouldn't pay the overpriced bullshit national health insurance, pension or city tax either. I read that for this program he has to prove a valid health insurance card but his shitty has refused him one.
Yep, empathy and compassion are in short supply in Japan esp in shitty hall. No food banks or Christian or other charity stuff either, back in Oz he'd be getting a basic salary each month from the govt and get food, household stuff, transportation fare help etc from public and private sources.
I couldn't get whether he can just give his gaijin card plus one other ID or the health insurance card is compulsory. Anybody know?
