Basically saying that France will evacuate all French nationals but not non-French in-laws. Only parents and children of French nationals need apply.

Two government organised flights will leave Narita and Osaka based on demand. In Osaka, the evacuation offer is only for those displaced from the Kanto region. No pets allowed.

It is recommending that French people evacuate to southern Japan or to France.

Perhaps the most interesting thing about the above is that apparently a site called "fuckedgaijin" was on a French government list of sites to contact in event of an emergency in Japan. :lol:
